Leaving Gifts for People
It seems there has been some movement in and out of the little comunity within whihc I live. This i can tell for a couple of reasons, well, almost three reasons in fact.
One of the flats is empty. There is a for sale sign. There was a letting agent showing a couple of women a garage (presumably after showing them the rest of the flat too)
The other signal is that someone before I went on my holidays had left a huge pile of rubbish on the street, whihc contained amongst other things a mop, and a bin. It looked like someone had thrown out cheap household goods, rather than take them with them.
I returned from my hols to discover some git had half filled my bin. and left two bags next to it. The strange occurence is that the other bin that was being left by mine has not been seen. nor have the cars for the adjacent garage.
What has been seen is maggots. Not terribly amused. Tomorrow is “black bin” day (it only happens once a fortnight) so i will be sticking the rubbish by the street. I hear the bin men dont take rubish from anywhere except in closed wheelie bins. mine is full, so it can just go on the street, and i will phone the council if it doesnt go…..
