Hmmm, so reading the FAQs at TV Licencing, I begin to wonder how often Tesco get fined for selling me freeview boxes. It would appear they are meant to give all sorts of info to TV Licencing about me. Information they do not have.
Meanwhile, don’t you love how they assume if there is an address without a licence then someone is doing something naughty?

We got a letter about this when I bought the TV because Andrea’s name was on the license.
Yes, Argos got me with this when I tried buying a freeview box. we hadn’t sorted the license yet as that was a Monday job so I just gave ‘my other’ postal address (the one for banking not for parcel delivery).
