Hmm, So I seem to be really busy at work at the moment.
One of the most interesting things about crash development is how to split up one task into several parallel task, and trying to ensure that the management overhead, and the loss of efficiency from having distributed knowledge don’t outweigh the time gained from extra resources.
Or something.
And it cannot “just” work. It has to work well. The whistles must shriek, and the bells gleam. I have a vision of how my work should turn out, all I need to do now is deliver.
Meanwhile, Its enough to know that i continue to specialise in steep learning curves. And whilst I am losing my “Expert Status” in some fields due to advances, or better knowledge sources becoming available, I am still something of a “guru” in some areas, or at least I can still here the suggestion “Ask Ed” coming from discussions at the far end of the office.
Right. Time for bed.
